Here are common guidelines for research paper authors, typically followed when submitting to academic journals:
1. Manuscript Preparation
· Title: Clear, concise, and reflective of the content.
· Abstract: Brief summary of objectives, methods, results, and conclusions (usually 150–250 words).
· Keywords: 4–6 relevant terms for indexing and searchability.
· Structure: Follow standard sections – Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion.
· Language: Use clear, formal, and grammatically correct academic language.
· Formatting: Adhere to the journal’s style (APA, MLA, Chicago, IEEE, etc.), including font, spacing, headings, and
reference style.
2. Originality and Plagiarism
· Ensure the work is original and has not been published or submitted elsewhere.
· Properly cite all sources; avoid plagiarism and self-plagiarism.
3. Authorship
· Only include individuals who contributed significantly to the research and writing.
· Confirm that all authors have approved the final version of the paper.
4. Data and Ethics
· Provide accurate and transparent data.
· Disclose any conflicts of interest.

5. References and Citations
